Vila Amantia was finished in 2008 and is built in traditional Albanian style with solid walls made of natural stone from the local area and a low-pitched roof of red tile. The intire villa has AC.

THE VILLA CONTAINS:

Ground floor:
A large shared kitchen with a big dining table and TV.
A double room (the South room) with a private door opening on to the garden and a toilet off the staircase.


First floor:

2 flats each about 50 m2 with a sea view (bedroom, bathroom, living room, balconies).
In these flats the sofa in the living room can be turned into a double bed allowing space for 4 persons per flat. Also the wall separating the living rooms of the two flats can be removed to create one big flat with two bedrooms.


Second floor:

2 flats with a sea view, each about 50 m2 (bedroom, bathroom, living room balcony).


Outdoor facilities:

A shared garden with a sea view, laid out in two largish terraces. In the garden there is an almond tree, a palm tree, an olive tree and roses.

Large shared terrace with a sea view and a cypress tree, yard with parking space for 2 cars, and a private parking space for 2 cars diagonally opposite the house on the other side of the road.
